Amped Integrations — Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for products and services purchased from Amped Integrations (“we,” “our,” “us”). Because our work involves custom-built automations, consulting, and AI-driven services, many fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

  • Subscription Services means any recurring software, support, or access plan.
  • Custom Work means any agreed-upon development, integration, configuration, automation build, data migration, or consulting project outside of standard subscription offerings.
  • Digital Products means any downloadable or access-based materials such as templates, training, or documentation.

3. General Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We do not offer refunds simply due to a change of mind, lack of use, or results that differ from expectations, as outcomes depend heavily on Client implementation and data quality.

4. Subscription Services

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming term (e.g., monthly or annually) and are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

  • You may cancel future renewal at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Partial-period refunds are not provided.

5. Custom Work

Custom Work requires significant planning and resource allocation.

  • Custom Work fees are non-refundable once the initial project kickoff meeting has occurred or the first deliverable has been provided (including, but not limited to, initial workflow design, system mapping, architecture planning, or data preparation).
  • If you cancel before kickoff, we may, at our sole discretion, refund a portion of prepaid fees less any time already spent on scoping, estimates, or preparation.

6. Digital Products and Training

Due to the immediate access and nature of digital products and training:

  • All Digital Product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing a product, we will work with you to restore access.

7. Performance and Results

We aim to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, lead volume, conversion rates, or cost savings. Lack of expected results is not, by itself, a basis for a refund.

8. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error:

  • You must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 15 days of the charge date.
  • If an error is confirmed, we will correct it by issuing a credit or refund to the original payment method.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may be treated as a breach of contract.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
