Amped Integrations provides AI-driven consulting, automation, integrations, workflow design, training, process improvement, and related solutions tailored primarily to small and mid-sized businesses in the construction and trades industries. Our Services may only be used by individuals who are at least 18 years old, authorized to represent their organization, and who agree to these Terms.
Amped Integrations does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, electrical design, safety compliance, or HR-related advice. All decisions made using our Services are your responsibility.
All Services, including automated estimating and takeoff outputs, are provided for informational and planning purposes only. Amped Integrations is not responsible for any errors in project bidding, scheduling, cost overruns, or project delays.
Our Services may involve AI systems generating text, recommendations, emails, scripts, workflows, or other outputs. AI content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You must review all AI-generated content prior to use. You assume full responsibility for decisions made using AI outputs.
Client acknowledges that all outputs, including takeoffs and estimates, are generated based on data provided by the Client and the current capabilities of third-party AI models. The Client is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all measurements, material quantities, labor calculations, and final bid submissions before use. Amped Integrations is not liable for any inaccuracies or losses resulting from unverified AI-generated outputs.
AI tools do not replace licensed professionals or required approvals. You must ensure AI outputs adhere to all safety, legal, compliance, and industry standards.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amped Integrations is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including business interruption, lost profits, system failures, or data issues.
You agree to maintain accurate information, secure credentials, follow compliance laws, and review all workflows before activation.
Amped Integrations is not liable for outages, errors, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or integrations.
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise stated. Software and subscription fees are non-refundable.
Custom work is defined as any agreed-upon development, integration, configuration, automation build, data migration, or consulting project outside of standard subscription offerings. Custom work fees are non-refundable once the initial project kickoff meeting has occurred or the first deliverable has been provided (including, but not limited to, initial workflow design, system mapping, architecture planning, or data preparation).
Amped Integrations owns all templates, content, workflows, SOPs, and training materials unless otherwise stated.
Client retains all ownership rights to the raw business data, job data, documents, uploaded files, and proprietary information provided to Amped Integrations. Client grants Amped Integrations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services and for creating anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified industry benchmarks. Amped Integrations will never sell, disclose, or commercialize Client-identifiable data.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private unless legally required.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and activity under your accounts.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or permanent data retention.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations or harmful behavior.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
